We have added senior hands to the Dubai team: a strategist, a media buyer and a second designer.

The Gulf roster has grown faster than we expected, and running every account from Beirut stopped making sense somewhere around the third client of the quarter. A local team means shorter lead times, better market knowledge and fewer surprises with local platforms and payments.

Beirut remains the strategic base. Dubai is now a delivery base rather than a satellite.
