1. Agreement to terms
By engaging marketing agency lebanon ("we", "us", "the agency") or using this website, you ("the client") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an engagement.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing services including strategy and consulting, branding and identity, web design and development, seo and content, paid media and analytics. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the accepted proposal.
3. Quotations and scope
Quotations are based on the strategy, deliverables and channels agreed at the time of quoting. Changes to scope after a quotation is accepted, including additional channels, campaigns, deliverables or revision rounds, are quoted separately and require written approval before work continues.
4. Payment
Unless the proposal states otherwise, an advance is payable before work begins and the balance is due on delivery, or monthly in advance for retainers. Media and third-party spend is billed separately. Invoices are payable within thirty days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
5. Client materials and access
The client is responsible for providing timely access to accounts, analytics, brand assets and approvals. Delays in access or sign-off may move agreed timelines. We treat all client credentials and data as confidential.
6. Intellectual property and usage rights
Full usage rights to the delivered work transfer to the client on receipt of final payment, for the media, territories and duration set out in the proposal. Until final payment, all material remains our property. We retain the right to display delivered work in our portfolio unless the proposal records a written embargo.
7. Third-party platforms and licences
Where we manage advertising accounts, tools, music or stock material on your behalf, usage is limited to the licence terms of each platform or supplier. We are not responsible for the policies, pricing changes or outages of third-party platforms. The client is responsible for the accuracy of any product claims, trademarks or supplied material used in campaigns.
8. Results and performance
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform behaviour and the product itself. We commit to the agreed scope and effort, not to a specific result, unless a target is expressly guaranteed in writing.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation of a project after work has begun incurs the committed third-party costs plus fees for work already performed. Retainers may be ended with thirty days written notice, and fees for the notice period remain payable.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business opportunity. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
