The checklist covers the obvious: tracking, page speed, keyword coverage, ad account health, audience overlap. It also covers the things that quietly sink a plan, like who owns the decision, whether the analytics can even prove a result, and how many approval rounds the process really allows.

Half the questions have nothing to do with channels. That is deliberate. Marketing rarely fails because of the channel.
